Who I work with
Adults navigating change, struggle, or growth.
I work with adult clients navigating relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, crisis management, and self-esteem. My passion is helping people move through difficult moments, uncover hidden strengths, and build resilience that supports lasting change.
Special interest
Non-traditional relationships and identities — affirmed.
My special interest is supporting members of the non-traditional relationship communities — including consensual non-monogamy and LGBTQIA+. More traditional structures are equally welcome here. My practice affirms all orientations, identities, and relationship structures.
“You are welcome — no matter what.”
