With a Master's in Psychology and advanced training in person-centred, somatic, and emotion-focused therapy, I offer evidence-based, inclusive care — tailored to support diverse identities and complex emotional needs.
Your first session
We'll explore what brings you to therapy and identify the support you need. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, person-centred, somatic, and emotion-focused methods — grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based care. Together, we'll work toward meaningful change at your pace, with respect for your lived experience.
